Ranges of common resin anchoring bolts |
There are four kinds of resin type anchoring bolt and accessories made in our company, namely, twisted resin steel bar bolt. Screw-threaded steel bar bolt with ribbon strips, Screw-threaded steel bar bolt without ribbon strips, Equal strength screw-threaded steel bar resin bolt.The twisted resin anchoring bolt metal rod can be classified as end-point anchoring bolt with large pattern, end-point anchoring bolt with medium pattern and half anchoring long twisted bolt. The screw-threaded steel bar bolt with ribbon strips, screw-threaded steel bar bolt without ribbon strips, Equal strength screw- threaded steel bar resin bolt is a kind of new type anchoring bolt with high strength. It is made of good material and has high strength. It can be end anchoring, also can be half anchoring or full anchoring. The three kinds of bolts are all up to the standards of MT146.1-2002、MT146.2-2002, and acquired the safety certificate. The four kinds of bolts are easy to operate. With large anchor capacity, they are widely used for safety supporting in the coal--mine, heading, culvert etc. The customers can choose according different requirements.

1.Fasten the two nuts onto the bolt threads, and make them tight.
2. Sustain the end of the metal rod to the resin coil and send it to the bottom of the rock hole. Then connect the nut with bolt drilling machine, mix completely to make the metal rod go into the hole bottom till specified time of the anchoring agent. Loose and dismantle the nut when the anchoring agent is solidified. Then assemble a tray, screw a nut till certain moment of force: 110N•m for M16; 140N•m for M18；175N•m for M20；200N•m for M22. Installation is done completely.

Adjustable spanner, drilling machine of anchoring bolt, torque spanner.

Ⅶ. Storage and routine maintenance:
Stored in clean, dry and ventilate places, and put the products 10 cm high from the ground. Do not make them wet by rain. Metal rods should be stacked erectly( axial angle shall be smaller than 30°) or place horizontally, but must be make them fully touch the horizontal support or pad in order to avoid bending and influence installation.
