1). Drilling: To drill holes with common rock-drilling facilities, and clear the holes.
    2). Insert anchoring bolts: To insert the hollow slip-casting bolt, which has been assembled the anchoring head, into a hole. The barbs on the anchoring head shall hold the bolt immediately.
    3). To install the slip stop plug, packing plate and nut.
    4). To connect the slip-casting machine: connecting the end of bolt and the selected slip -casting machine through fast slip casting joint.
    5). Slip casting: To turn on the machine for slip casting. If surrounding rock structure need improving via pressure slip casting, just do it when the indicator on the pressure meter points to the designed pressure

Pre-stress slip casting anchoring bolt with expansion case

Products structure:

     The product consists of steel anchoring head with expansion case, hollow slip casting bolt, slip stop plug, packing plate and nut.

Installation workmanship:
1. Pre-stress, installation of anchoring head, and exerting of pre-stress.
     1). Drill holes and clear the holes;
     2). Insert the bolt with expansion case into bottom of the holes;
     3). To screw the bolt, ensure top of the anchoring head touch tightly with hole bottom. Screw the bolt left-hand wise to make it tight. Install slip stop plug, packing plate and nut.
     4). Connect conventional tools (e.g. bolt tensile) to realize pulling force of the pre-stress to its specified value.
2. Slip casting
     1). Move the slip casting machine to the site. Connect the slip casting tube and power;
     2). Mix the slip according to designed mixture ratio, pour the mixture into slip casting machine;
     3). Turn on the slip casting machine, inject the mixture into holes till slip flow out through end of the bolt, and the slip injection pressure reaches the designed value;
     4). Remove the joint, turn to next bolt, till all bolts injected.
     5). Clear the facilities.

Ⅰ. Product structure
Self-drilling hollow slip casting anchoring bolt consists of six parts, namely, hollow drilling bolt, drilling bit, slip stop plug, connector, packing plate and nut. The drilling bit is made of abrasion resistant steel alloy, and slip outlet has been set. Many kinds of drilling bits, single line type, cross type, taper etc. are able to meet different stratums. Hollow bolt is made of seamless tubes of high tensile steel alloy. Connector, interval facilities, packing plate and nut are made of steel alloy. The interval facilities can also be made of plastic.

Ⅱ. Application of the features
Self-drilling hollow anchoring bolt is a kind of hollow bolt. It can function as both drilling bolt and slip casting tube. It can act as dust clearing tube before slip casting, i.e. to clear the dust formed during drilling. The slip shall spray from the drilling bit through the hollow bolt during slip casting, to fill the drilling holes and cracks on the stratum around the bolt, and integrates the bolt and surrounding soil, form a steel tube concrete column, which shall function as consolidation. The sizes of the drilling bits shall decide the sizes of drilling holes. Normally, the size of the drilling bit is 2 to 3 times of the bolt diameter. It is a high and new technology product integrates many functions such as drilling, slip casting and anchoring. Bolt length is flexible. You can extend it by adding more bolts. And the products can be used as consolidation in the railways, tunnels, mines, hydro-junctions, slopes, dams, abutments, beaches and banks, foundations of high building. And also suitable for treatment of the geology disasters such as foundation sinking, cave in, crack, landslide etc. Installation even in narrow situation is also very convenient. It has the effect that no other anchoring materials can replace.
