The resin and plastic compound bolts and accessories made in our company is a kind of new bolt, which was originally created by us, and awarded National Patent ZL01265700.X). It consists of plastic adhering cover, metal bolt and accessories. The metal bolt can be recovery and re-used. The advantages of this kind of bolt are light, small volume, compact, convenient for installation, easy to operate, long service life, strong anchoring power etc. Anchoring agent is 1/2 of the traditional resin bolt. So the cost is lower, labor intensity is reduced, conveying amount is smaller. Especially in the coal mine tunnel that need backstopping. It is able to increase working efficiency, save labor intensity and reduce cost. The product is extensively used in the safety supporting fields such as tunnel of mine, culvert etc.

The resin and plastic compound bolt belongs to resin bolt that adhering at end point. It has two types, type 32 and 42. Other specifications are also available according to customers’ requirement.

Integrate the metal bolt and plastic cover through adhering. Anchoring power happens out of the resin anchoring agent when adhere the hole wall and plastic cover. |

| Anchoring agent that match the plastic compound bolt should conform with the stipulation of MT146.1-2000. The above anchoring agents are priorities. Anchoring agents codes in other specifications can also be used. But tests must be done for ensuring the above anchoring strength. |

5.Physical performance of plastic adhering cover

Ⅳ. Installation method
(1). To screw the 20mm end of metal rod into plastic adhering cover (right-hand wise) until can’t rotate further, to form a plastic compound bolt.
(2). Sustain the top of plastic adhering cover to the resin coil and send it to the bottom of the rock hole. To connect the bolt with bolt drilling machine, mix completely until the fixed time of the anchoring agent. Assemble the tray and fasten the nut after the anchoring agent is solidified well.
(3). Fasten the nut with torque spanner. Torque moments are 70N•m for the M14; 110N•m for M16; 140N•m for M18; Thus, installation is done completely.

a). Drilling with 42(32) bits for the end holes. Depth of the holes shall be slightly shallower than the total length of the plastic compound bolt (approx. 65mm). The holes must be perpendicular. Clear the dust and sand inside the holes.
b). Do not make the metal bolt move or swaying before the anchoring agent is curing.

Ⅵ. Recovery of metal bolt
|
Remove the fastening nut with spanner. Clench the tail of the metal bolt, rotate it counter-clock wisely and make the metal bolt separate with the plastic cover. To remove the tray, recover it and the bolt. |
Ⅶ. Storage and routine maintenance
|
Storage in clean, dry and ventilate places, and place the products 10 cm high from the ground. Keep the temperature. Within the range of -3-40℃. Piled height 5 layers. Avoid sunlight. Plastic parts shall strictly avoid impact in case cracks or breakage occur that influence its physical performance. Metal rods should be stacked perpendicularly (axial angle shall be smaller than 30°) or place horizontally, but must be make them fully touch the horizontal support or pad in order to avoid bending and influence installation.
